  I went in around 1 pm on a Tuesday and went towards the back of the store where they had a large table like desk with a few solution center employees there. The employee Juan "2.0" immediately ask what he could do for me. I told him my laptop issue and he right away new the issue. It was bitlocker from Windows OS. He sat with me and went through what needed to be done and did it all right there. The service is what blew my mind. All the employees were nice and hospitable. Juan and Oscar(the manager) offered me a choice of drink while my laptop was being serviced. I got a coke and Oscar brought it out ice cold in a can! Microsoft Store killed it today and I can see myself exclusively buying Microsoft services and hardware in the future.
